ADA Accommodations
Parking:
ADA parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis at all Bobcat Athletic Venues. Patrons must have a valid state-issued disabled person parking placard. The person possessing the placard must be in the vehicle to park in a space reserved for disabled patrons. Please have a driver's license or registration available for verification by a parking guard. Drop-off and pick-up zone for disabled patrons not utilizing the disabled parking spaces is available.
Restrooms:
ADA accessible stalls are available in all restrooms.
Seating:
Patrons must have a reserved ticket designated for ADA seating areas. For disabled seating tickets, contact the Texas State Athletics Ticket Office at 512-245-2272. There are patron elevators accessible to fans at Bobcat Athletic Venues. And all seating is accessible via wheelchair ramps.
Alcoholic Beverage Policy
No alcohol (including non-alcoholic beer and wine) or illegal drugs may be brought into or consumed at any Texas State Athletic event.

 Animals
Certified service animals or service animals in training for guests with disabilities are welcome at all Texas State Athletic events. All other animals are not allowed in any Bobcat athletic venue unless specified by management.
Anthem Singing
If you are interested in performing the National Anthem at a Texas State volleyball, soccer, men's basketball, women's basketball, baseball or softball home game, please submit a tape or CD that is a maximum of 90 seconds long to:

Appearances
Bobcat coaches and Bobcat players make appearances throughout the season. To request an appearance, please send in your request by clicking here. ATMs
There are ATM's located at Bobcat Stadium and Strahan Coliseum. The soccer, baseball and softball stadiums do not have ATM's.
Autographs
Bobcat athletes make several appearances throughout the years at various locations, primarily at community events. Fans seeking autographs can sign up for the official e-newsletter of Bobcat Athletics at txstatebobcats.com or visit Texas State athletes at an upcoming event. View donation policy.
Automobile Assistance
The Texas State University police (UPD) provides security at Bobcat athletic events. If you require assistance for your automobile contact an on duty officer or call the University Police Department at (512) 245-2805

Baby Changing Stations
Baby changing stations are available in all public restrooms at all Bobcat athletic venues.
Bag searches (see also Prohibited Items)
Only small personal bags (purses, baby or diaper bags, etc.) will be permitted inside Bobcat Athletic Venues and are subject to search at all entrances. Please leave all unnecessary items in your vehicle or at home. Prohibited items must be returned to your vehicle or discarded. Staff may not store or hold items for you until postgame. Patrons who refuse to allow visual inspections of contents of bags or purses will be denied entry to the venue.
Banners/Signs
Banners and signs are allowed all athletic events; however, they must be constructed of flame-retardant material and may not be displayed during play due to sight restrictions (if at a sporting event). Banners or signs may not be placed on the surface, be commercial in nature, obscene, or cause any disturbance to other fans. Poles to display banners or flags are prohibited. Banners and signs may not exceed three feet in height, obstruct the view of other guests or venue advertising signage, or be temporarily or permanently affixed to the building structure. Texas State athletics reserves the right to remove any banners or signs that are considered controversial or offensive, without exception.
Bobcat Sports Camp
If your child is 8 years or older and is interested in attending the Bobcat sports camp, you can contact the office of the program hosting the camp or you can contact the athletic main office at (512) 245-2114.
Binoculars
Binoculars and their cases are permitted in the stadium, subject to inspection at all entrances.
Birthdays
Texas State does not display birthday or special event messages on scoreboards or read personal messages via the public address announcer.

Broadcasts
Texas State broadcasts all home and road games for football can be heard on the Bobcat Radio Network (1260 AM Austin and 89.9 FM San Marcos). Select men's and women's basketball, baseball and softball games can be heard KTSW 89.9 FM and on the internet at txstatebobcats.com/radio .
Broken Seats
If your seat is broken at any time please let a Texas State facilities manager know at the event, or during our office hours at (512) 245-2114.
Buses
Charter buses are permitted on campus on football gamedays for drop off purposes. After drop off buses will be directed to park in open space parking lots.Â

Cameras/Video Recorders-Venue Policy
No professional camera equipment may be used at any Texas State athletic event. This includes any type of "detachable" lens or flashes. Cameras are discouraged, but are permitted as long as they meet the previously mentioned criteria. Video equipment may not be brought in unless you are taping a friend or family member who is participating in a half-time performance, a promotion or some other special circumstance during the event. Anyone caught videotaping or taking professional photographs of a Bobcat athletic event will have their film confiscated by an usher. Texas State Athletics is not liable for any damages occurring to cameras brought into the building.

Championship Trophies
Texas State athletic trophies including national, conference, and academic trophies are displayed at the venue where the sport is played. Some special awards are housed in the sport's main office.
Children's Entry Policy
Children 24 months and older are required to have a ticket in order to gain entry to a Texas State sporting event. Children under 24 months of age may enter without a ticket, but must sit on their parent or guardian's lap for no other seats are available. PLEASE NOTE: Some events will require all attendees, regardless of age, to present a ticket for entry into the event. Please check each event's ticket policies at the time of purchase.
Climate Control
Texas State indoor venues maintain a constant temperature during all events. For concerns with climate control please consult a facilities manager.
Code of Conduct (see also Alcohol, Smoking Policy, Standing room Only, Prohibited Items, and Weapons)
The Sun Belt Conference and Texas State Athletics require good sporting conduct from student-athletes coaches and spectators. Your cooperation in supporting the game participants and officials in a positive manner is expected. Profanity, racial or sexist comments or other intimidating actions directed at officials, game participants and other spectators will not be tolerated and may lead to removal from the Texas State Athletic Venue.
Coolers
Coolers are not permitted in Bobcat Athletic Venues.

Doors Open
For football and baseball games doors open one hour and thirty minutes prior to game time for the general public. If you are a Bobcat Club member with premium benefits hospitality doors open 2 hours prior to game time. For all other ticketed sports gates open 1 hour prior to contest start.

Elevators
Elevators for the general public are available at Bobcat Athletic venues.
Emergency inside stadium
For any emergency, including medical emergencies, while inside the stadium, notify the nearest usher or police officer.
Emergency Evacuation
In the event of an emergency, athletic facility staff will utilize the public address system to inform patrons of the situation and any instructions as applicable. All exits and emergency exits are posted with appropriate signage.
Emergency Phone Calls
Any emergency calls should by all means be directed to 911.
End Zone Complex
The end zone complex at Bobcat Stadium is home all football offices and to the Sac-N-Pac Room. The area is used for football team operations. Hospitality for donors and for former athletic alumni is located at the Texas State Pavilion located in the southwest corner of Bobcat Stadium.
For basketball games the donor hospitality room is known as the Maroon & Gold room. For information contact the Bobcat Club at 512-245-2114.

Field access
Only authorized persons with proper credentials are allowed on the field. Fans entering the field area without proper credentials are subject to eviction and arrest. Credentials for field access are not available for purchase.
Fight Song
The name of the Texas State fight song is called "GO BOBCATS." Below are the words to the song.

First Aid/EMS
Emergency officials are present at all athletic events shall in any case individuals need assistance. Direct all needs to the closest facility staff member in order to meet your needs as quickly as possible.
Food/Beverages
Food or beverages of any kind (alcoholic included) are not allowed to be brought into any Bobcat facility. Concession stands located throughout all Bobcat facilities sell various types of snacks and non-alcoholic beverages.

Game dates and times are subject to change. In the event a game date or time change should occur, the information will be immediately posted on txstatebobcats.com and will be communicated through social and local media.
Game programs
Game programs are available for purchase during Texas State sports throughout the venue from individual sales representatives and also at the fan relations booths located on the around Bobcat Stadium.
Gates Open

Giveaways
Texas State Athletics, in conjunction with various sponsors, host special "giveaway" nights where specifically selected premium items are given to a pre-determined number of guests. The dates are announced through the media and are posted at txstatebobcats.com, the official site for all Bobcat Athletics.
Group Events/Sales
Whether you are organizing a company outing, a fundraising opportunity, a night out for youth organizations, or just getting together with a group of friends if you are bringing a group of 20 or more to an Bobcat Athletic event, you are eligible for a group discount. Contact our Group Sales department for more information at (512) 245-2272.
Guest Conduct
Texas State Athletics intend to provide all guests with a safe, comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere. Consequently, the facility management does not intend to allow a pleasant experience to be disrupted or ruined by unruly guests. Therefore, we have established the following rules for expected guest conduct:
- Guests wearing obscene or indecent clothing are not allowed at Bobcat facilities.
- Guests using foul or abusive language or gestures will be ejected from Bobcat facilities.
- Guests appearing intoxicated will be denied entry or ejected from Bobcat facilities.
- Guests interfering with the progress of the event or attempting to enter or throw items onto the event surface will be ejected from the Bobcat facilities and possibly arrested.
To enforce these policies, Bobcat facility event security is located throughout the arena. Guests who are not here to enjoy the event or cannot comply with these rules will not be welcome at any of the Bobcat Athletic facilities.

High school coach entrance
For admission to football games:
Complimentary home game tickets are a token of our appreciation for all you do as football coaches. We ask that you use the following procedures when requesting your two (2) complimentary admissions to our home games:
- You MUST be a FOOTBALL COACH and an active member of the 2013 THSCA or your respective state Coaches Association.
- Fill out this form
- On-line requests will close at 5:00pm, the Friday of each week's respective home game.
- Confirmation e-mails will be sent as soon as possible.
- If you have reserved passes and are unable to attend, please call (512) 245-6511 and remove your name from the list.
- In order to be admitted into the game, each coach will be required to show a photo ID at the pass gate. Your name MUST be on our list the week of the game to receive tickets.
For all other ticketed sports:
Present a valid THSCA card along with a valid ID at a ticket booth and you and a guest will be admitted into the game.
Hospitality areas
The end zone club at Bobcat Stadium is called the Sac-N-Pac Room. The area is used for football team operations. Hospitality for donors and for former athletic alumni is located at the Texas State Pavilion located in the southwest corner of Bobcat Stadium.

Lost and Found
If you have lost an item during the event, please contact the nearest Bobcat staff member for assistance. You may also turn in any found items to our Fan Relations Booth. Items turned in will be held for thirty days. Unclaimed items will be donated to charity. On non-event days, please call the University Police department at (512) 245-2887 and have a detailed description of your misplaced item with the time, date and location of where you think the item was lost. If you get a voicemail, please leave your name and phone number, and they will call you back within two business days.
Lost/Found Children
Children should be told to contact the nearest police officer or Bobcat facility staff member should they become lost. Lost children will be taken to the Guest Services Booth in the North End Zone. Parents looking for a lost child should proceed to the Guest Services Booth in the North Endzone of Bobcat Stadium. To avoid this problem, may we suggest that you place your child's event ticket in one of their pockets upon entering the venue.
Lost tickets
Lost tickets should be reported to the Texas State Ticket Office. Tickets can be tracked, voided and replaced. Contact the ticket office at 512-245-2272.

Merchandise
Event and athletic sport merchandise can be purchased during the event at the various merchandise stands located throughout our athletic facilities, as well as at the Fan Shop located on the north side of Bobcat Stadium or on the main concourse during games. On non-event days, merchandise can be purchased at the University Bookstore on the first floor of L.B.J. Student Center or at the Fan Shop at Bobcat Stadium. Noisemakers
Conference and NCAA rules prohibit artificial noisemakers from being brought inside the stadium. This includes, but is not limited to, all horns (including air horns), cow bells and whistles. Prohibited items will be confiscated.

The selling of merchandise, food, beverages or other items on the property is strictly prohibited.

Parking
Parking for Bobcat Stadium starts five hours before the start of the game. Parking is $10 for fans who do not have a parking pass.
Bobcat Village/Mill Street Parking
Additional parking is available at Bobcat Village across the street from Bobcat Stadium. The cost is $10.
Bobcat Club Parking
Bobcat Club members at certain levels receive parking passes as part of their membership benefits. Members are requested to enter their reserved parking lot via Robby Lane (street near H.E.B.).
RV Parking
RV's are allowed at Bobcat Stadium, but must park according Texas State parking policies.

Bus Parking

Private Events at Bobcat Athletic Venues
Hold your next corporate or private party at a Bobcat Athletic Venue. Texas State Athletics has various facilities to accommodate events from as intimate as 10 to more than 30,000. Athletic facilities feature many configurations and available spaces that can be rented on non-event days for conferences, meetings, trade shows and private parties. Catering and event planning services are also available. Events can be held almost anywhere in the facility from the event floor to the spacious hospitality suites. Resale of tickets
The resale of athletics tickets, for any amount of money, on Texas State University property, constitutes solicitation and is strictly prohibited unless permitted as defined by the Regents' Rules and Regulations. Subjects found soliciting on Texas State University property can receive a criminal trespass warning and will be required to leave University property immediately or be subject to arrest for criminal trespass.

A limited amount of RV parking is available for the Texas State games. Please park according to parking policies.

Security/Crowd Management
- Suspicious activity, disruptive patrons and guest-related problems should be reported to an usher or police officer immediately. Uncooperative patrons showing disregard for other patrons, the venue or the teams may be ejected from the facility. Intoxicated fans will not be allowed into the stadium. An ejected patron will not be allowed to return for the remainder of the game. Re-entry by an ejected patron is grounds for arrest.
- You and your belongings may be searched upon entry into a Bobcat Athletic Venue. By tendering your ticket and entering the stadium, you consent to such searches and waive any related claims that you might have against Texas State University. If you elect not to consent to a search, you will not be allowed into the stadium.
- To report an incident in your seating area, please notify the nearest usher, security guard or Texas State police person at the entrance nearest to your seat.
- The following items are not allowed into the stadium: alcohol. food, beverage containers, umbrellas, backpacks, bags larger than 12 x 18 inches, strollers, video cameras, equipment cases, banners, flag poles, long-lens cameras or tripods.
Smoking Policy
Texas State is a tobacco free university, smoking is not permitted in any Texas State Athletic venues or on campus.
Solicitation
Texas State does not permit unauthorized soliciting or collecting of contributions, vending, distribution of fliers or other promotional/advertising materials on Texas State University property.

Special announcements
Special announcements on the public address system and scoreboard are limited to medical and police emergencies. Bobcat Athletic venues do not announce or display birthday, anniversary or other personal messages on the public address system or scoreboard.

Standing room only
Every ticket has a seat assignment. There are no standing room only tickets available unless directed by the ticket office for select games. Ushers are instructed to keep the aisles clear. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the aisles clear for other patrons.
Strollers
Strollers are prohibited in the stadium.

Water Fountains
Water fountains are located throughout all Bobcat Athletic venues. Outside food and drinks including water is not permitted at Bobcat Athletic venues. Patrons needing water can visit a water fountain or may purchase water at one of the concession stands.
