Freshman (2016) – Was one of three Bobcats to start every game during his rookie campaign, all at second base . . . finished with a .286 batting average (72-for-252) . . . also compiled 14 doubles, three triples, four home runs, 35 runs batted in and 33 runs scored . . . tied for the team lead with seven stolen bases . . . registered a .965 fielding percentage (106 putouts, 166 assists, 10 errors) . . . finished third in the Sun Belt Conference in assists, eighth in double plays (32) and ninth in hits . . . tied for the team lead with 19 multi-hit games, which included a team-best five-hit performance against ULM (March 13) . . . tallied six multi-RBI outings, including four each against Incarnate Word (March 5) and Arkansas State (May 15) . . . had an eight-game hitting streak and reached base safely in 19 consecutive games at one point . . . was named the Sun Belt Conference Student-Athlete of the Week once (March 15).
