Biography

Senior (2016) – Sat out the season due to transfer regulations.
 
Kansas State University (2015) – Made 11 appearances, including four starts, in his lone season with the Wildcats . . . posted a 0-4 record with a 7.46 ERA (21 ER, 25.1 IP), 23 strikeouts and 13 walks . . . first four appearances of the year were out of the bullpen before sliding into a weekend starter role for four weeks . . . allowed five runs in 7 1/3 innings over his first four games while also striking out six . . . in his first career start, he held No. 12 Oklahoma State to one run on two hits in 5.0 innings while striking out four and walking two . . . suffered the loss, however, as K-State was held hitless until the ninth inning . . . all four of his starts were in Big 12 play as he went 0-3 with a 7.36 ERA (12 ER, 14.2 IP) . . . did not allow a run in back-to-back relief appearances between April 26 and 29 . . . recorded his first career save on April 26 at Baylor, helping the Wildcats clinch the series finale in their first series win in Waco . . . had a strikeout in each of his 11 appearances, including a season-high four in the start at No. 12 Oklahoma State.
 
Midland College (2013-14) – Competed for two seasons under David Coleman as a member of the Chaparrals . . . was 6-7 with a 4.20 ERA (39 ER, 83.2 IP), 84 strikeouts and 31 walks in 17 games (13 starts) in 2014 . . . opponents hit .269 against him that season . . . led the team in strikeouts and complete games (5) while he was second in wins and starts . . . honored as the team pitcher of the year . . . helped Midland reach the JUCO World Series after winning the Region V Tournament . . . in 2013, he was 1-0 with a 6.48 ERA (6 ER, 8.1 IP), four strikeouts and seven walks in five appearances (one start).
