Football will host its 2023 Spring Game this weekend to give fans a preview of the season to come. Women's golf is in Florida competing at the conference championship. Baseball will play I-35 rival UTSA for a midweek contest and will travel to Troy for a weekend series. Softball takes on Texas A&M in College Station before hosting ULM this weekend. Tennis has its road finale to start the week and will play ULM on senior day this Saturday. Track and Field competes in Waco, Texas.

Women's golf has started play at the Sun Belt Conference Championship in Daytona Beach, Florida. In the field of 13 teams, Texas State is fourth in average scoring and Marine Griffaut is seventh in average scoring. Last year the Bobcats finished fourth to end the season.

In the last outing for Track and Field, the Bobcats had six personal-bests on the first day of Tom Jones Memorial, and the distance runners had 3 PRs. Sedrickia Wynn ran the fastest time ever by a Bobcat in the women's 100 meter hurdles and two relay teams – women's 4x100 and men's 4x400 – set new school records as the Bobcats finished up competition. This week the Bobcats head to Waco for the Michael Johnson Invite.
