An asterisk means the student-athletes have remaining athletic eligibility and will compete for their respective teams in 2022-23.
For the five student-athletes without athletic eligibility, they will be honored at this summer's "T" Ring Ceremony.
The "T" Ring symbolizes excellence on the playing field as well as the classroom. To receive a ring, student-athletes must receive a "T" letter from the athletics department, complete their NCAA eligibility at Texas State, and earn a bachelor's degree within one year after their NCAA eligibility expired.
The Texas State Athletics Department initiated the ring ceremony in May 1986 and more than 1,800 student-athletes have received a ring since that date.
Along with the ring, all graduating athletes receive a maroon stole to wear at graduation. A tradition introduced by the Texas State Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) in December 2008, the stoles serve to recognize student-athletes as a unique group on campus.
The Sun Belt Conference also recognizes hard work put in by its student-athletes both in the classroom and on the playing field. Each year, the Sun Belt distinguishes student-athletes who have earned their degree by awarding them with the Sun Belt Conference Graduation Medallion.
Commencement will take place on Saturday. For more information, please visit
