SAN MARCOS, Texas – Coming off a big win at Louisiana on Thursday, the Texas State men's basketball team (16-6, 7-3 Sun Belt) looks to complete the regular season sweep of both Pelican State programs on Saturday when it takes on ULM (13-12, 5-8 Sun Belt). Tip is slated for 2 p.m. inside Fant-Ewing Coliseum.

LOOKING AT THE BOBCATS
Mason Harrell went off for 20 points, 18 of which came in the final 20 minutes, on Thursday for his second 20-point game of the season and help extend TXST's winning streak to four games.
Caleb Asberry contributed 16 points and three steals while
Isiah Small netted 15 points and grabbed a team-high seven rebounds. The Bobcats made 22-of-27 free throws in the game. It was the third time this season they had made 20 or more charity stripe attempts.
SCOUTING ULM
ULM enters on a three-game winning streak after defeating UT Arlington Thursday night. The Warhawks have won their past three contests by a combined seven points. At home, they are 7-5 with a 2-5 mark against Sun Belt Conference opponents.
Andre Jones leads the team with 14.8 ppg and is handing our 4.3 apg. Russell Harrison comes in at 12.9 ppg and paces the squad in rebound (5.6) and made three-pointers (52). Also with a double-digit scoring average is Nik Metshvarishvili (10.3) and Koreem Ozier (11.1).
SERIES HISTORY
The all-time series between the teams is tied 30-30. Texas State has won seven in-a-row and 11 of the last 13 meetings. The first matchup this season saw the Bobcats lead wire-to-wire behind a 51-point outburst in the first half. Asberry recorded a double-double that night of 19 points and 10 rebounds.
When playing in Monroe, TXST is 10-18 but are 5-3 since joining the Sun Belt. Last season saw the Bobcats win both meetings on the road with the last being a 69-63 victory on Jan. 23, 2021. Small scored 20 points on 8-of-9 shooting and knocked down all four of his three-point attempts.
