Started in all 31 games he appeared in…averaged 8.0 points and ranked No. 9 in the Sun Belt Conference with 6.5 rebounds per game…also ranked No. 7 in the league with 0.9 blocks per game…other numbers for Small consist of shooting 52.9 percent from the floor, 33.3 percent from 3-point range, and 52.1 percent from the charity stripe…also averaged 1.1 assists and 1.0 steals per game…Small totaled seven games with 10 or more points, including two games with 20 or more points, and had five games with 10 or more rebounds…also seven multi-block games…scored a season-high 23 points in the quarterfinals of the Sun Belt Conference Tournament vs. Appalachian State (March 11, 2020) which was the last game of the season due to COVID-19…recorded a season-high 12 rebounds twice, the first at Baylor (Nov. 15, 2019) and the second vs. UT Arlington (Jan. 25, 2020)…had a season-best four blocks at UNLV (Nov. 20, 2019) and three steals three times (vs. Jackson State, Nov. 18, 2019; vs. Hartford, Nov. 30, 2019; at Louisiana, Jan. 18, 2020)…turned in two double-doubles, including vs. Coastal Carolina on Jan. 1, 2020 (14 points, 10 rebounds) and vs. UT Arlington on Jan. 25, 20202 (11 points, 12 rebounds)…led the team in rebounds in 16 games and led in scoring twice.

Seward County CC (2017-19)
Played two seasons at Seward County under 2019 KJCCC Coach of the Year, Jason Sautter... averaged 15 points behind a team-best 63.0 field goal percentage and led the Saints with 6.7 rebounds and two blocks per game (57 total)... registered 1.3 steals per game and totaled 70 assists to just 43 turnovers... honored to the Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference First-Team and named Defensive Player of the Year… selected to the 2019 NJCAA Region VI Division I First-Team… tabbed as the Co-MVP for the Region VI Tournament… garnered NJCAA Division I All-American Honorable Mention status… also received conference honors his freshman year after averaging 14.8 points and 6.9 rebounds per game.
