SAN MARCOS, Texas – The Sun Belt Conference and ESPN announced Wednesday that the game time for Texas State's home football game against Arkansas State this Saturday has changed to 11 a.m. (Central) at Bobcat Stadium and will be nationally-televised on ESPNU.

The Arkansas State game will be Texas State's fourth appearance on ESPNU this season and the seventh time that the Bobcats have played on an ESPN Linear network this season. Texas State also had games air on ESPNU against ULM, South Alabama, and Louisiana. ESPN televised Texas State's games against SMU and BYU, and ESPN2 broadcast the Bobcats' contest versus UTSA.

The Bobcats are in their second season under second-year head coach Jake Spavital. Spavital began his head coaching career in 2019 after rising through the coaching ranks calling plays while serving as the offensive coordinator and quarterback coach at Texas A&M, Cal, and West Virginia.
