SAN MARCOS, Texas- Texas State Athletics is asking all Bobcat fans to wear white shirts to its first-ever "White Out" game this Saturday night when the Bobcat football team returns to action against Southern Miss.
 
The Bobcats enter the game with a 1-1 record after defeating Prairie View 63-24 on Sept. 12. The Golden Eagles are also 1-1 after defeating Akron 59-6 in Hattiesburg last Saturday.
 
The Bobcats will don all-white uniforms, including new white helmets, for the first time against the Golden Eagles. To check out the complete uniform, go to www.txstatebobcats.com/txstwhiteout. The game kicks off at 6 p.m. at Bobcat Stadium and will air on ESPN3.
