Tracy Hoover was hired in December of 2015 as Administrative Assistant III in the Texas State Athletic Academic Center. Hoover has worked at Texas State since January of 2013 and has served as Administrative Assistant II in Human Resources, Office of the University Registrar and the Title-V Program in University College. She has had over twenty-five years’ experience as an administrative assistant.

Hoover has recently enrolled in the Modern States Education Alliance pilot program which will ultimately facilitate receiving a BAAS at Texas State. She resides in San Marcos and is active in her church and community.
