Peyton Burkland joined Texas State in January 2022 as the Ticket Sales Coordinator and was promoted to his current position as Director of Ticket Operations in July of 2022.

In his role, Burkland oversees the day-to-day operational side of the ticket office, assists in season and single game ticket sales, and helps in the management of sales operations during home events.

Before joining Texas State, Burkland worked as an intern for College Coaches Skills Camp helping the soccer sports director and as a Gameday Sales Associate for the Wichita State Athletics Ticket Office.
Burkland graduated from Wichita State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Sport Management in December of 2021 and is originally from Dripping Springs, Texas.
