Kelsey Solis was named Associate Athletics Director for Compliance in 2019 after serving as Assistant Athletics Director at Texas State since 2012. She oversees all areas of NCAA, Sun Belt Conference and institutional compliance for all 16 Bobcat athletics teams.
In addition to her compliance responsibilities, Solis oversees the department’s sports medicine program and the Name, Image, Likeness (NIL) programming and monitoring. She is also sport administrator for the men’s and women’s golf programs. Â
Solis joined the Texas State Athletics staff in 2008 as an internal operations coordinator and spent time as the Athletics Financial Aid Coordinator prior to joining the compliance staff.
Solis earned her master’s degree in 2007 from Southwestern Oklahoma State University and her bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of North Texas in 2005. She and her husband live in New Braunfels, TX with their two children, Andrew and Hannah.
