Justine Tam joined the Athletic Academic Center in May 2023 as a Student Development Specialist. Starting her time at Texas State working with baseball, soccer, and women’s basketball, she is now responsible for assisting academics for baseball and football.

Prior to Texas State, Justine served as an Assistant Academic Coach at Baylor working with acrobatics & tumbling, men’s tennis, softball, women’s basketball, and women’s tennis (2022-23). Also, she served as the Assistant Compliance Coordinator at the United States Military Academy at West Point (2019-20).

She received her bachelor's degree in Sport Management and a minor in Pre-Law from St. John Fisher University in 2019 and her master's degree in Sport Management from Texas A&M University in 2022. Justine is originally from Rochester, New York
