Carly Graham is in her second season as a member of the Texas State Volleyball coaching staff heading into the 2024 season. She joined the staff in July of 2023.
In her second season on staff, Graham continued her work with the Bobcats setter, which cultivated in senior setter Ryann Torres being named Sun Belt Setter of the Year. With Graham's assistance, the Bobcats reached their second consecutive NCAA Tournament appearance following the team's Sun Belt Conference Tournament Championship.

The Bobcats finished the year 20-10 with a 1st Place finish in the Sun Belt West Division.
Graham joined the Bobcats following a storied career at Rice University. As a five-year starting setter for the Owls she was a three-time Conference USA Setter of the Year, a two-time honorable mention for AVCA All American and named to the 2022 US Women's Collegiate National team. She finished her career second in school history with 510 sets played, pairing that with 4,296 assists for third in school history.
