2016 Outdoor: Clamied the bronze medal in the long jump at SBC Outdoor Championships... Finished fifth in the heptathlon with a career high 4745 points at the SBC Outdoor Championship… 20 top eight finishes… Finished first in the 200m, long jump and 800m at the Texas State Bobcat Invitational.
 
2016 Indoor: Finished fifth with a career best 3399 points at the SBC Indoor Championships… Eight top eight finishes… Finished fourth in the 4X400m relay at the Samford Open.

2015 Outdoor: Recorded 10th place finish in 100m hurdles at the Sun Belt Conference Outdoor Championships... Part of second place 4x400m relay team at the Longhorn Invitational (5/2) in 3:48.47... Finished third in 100m hurdles in 14.55 at LSU Alumni Gold (4/18)... Won long jump title at UIW Invitational (4/10) with leap of 5.75m (18-10.5)... Placed third in 100m hurdles and helped 4x400m relay finish third at Incarnate Word meet... Helped 4x400m relay finish fourth at Baylor Invitational (4/3) with time of 3:46.72... Finished second at Bobcat Invitational (3/26) with leap of 5.87m (19-3.25).

2015 Indoor: Finished eighth in the penathlon at the SBC Indoor Championships with 3,260 points... Placed fifth in the long jump with leap of 5.68m (18-7.75) at the conference meet... Helped 4x400m relay finish eighth at the Arkansas Invitational... Competed at six meets.
 
2014 Outdoor: Earned silver medal at SBC Outdoor Championships in the 4x400m relay... Competed in the 400 meters, long jump and on both the 4x100 4x400-meter relay teams ... had a season-best time of 56.01 in the 400 meters to finish second at the Roadrunners Invitational ... also helped the 4x100-meter relay finish second at the TCU Invitational with a time of 45.552 and the 4x400-meter relay team finish second at the Sun Belt Conference Championships with a time of 3:42.2 ... finished 10th in the long jump at the SBC Championships with a wind-aided mark of 5.76 meters ...  best legal mark of 5.45 meters (17-10.75) came at the Bobcat Classic.

2014 Indoor: Helped 4x400m relay team win the gold medal at the SBC Indoor Championships... Placed sixth in the long jump at the conference championships... Competed in the pentathlon ... scored a season-best 3,359 points  to finish in ninth place at the Samford Multi and Indoor Invitational meet ... also was 11th at the Sun Belt Conference Indoor Championships ... had a sixth-place finishes in the shot put with a season-best mark of 10.25 meters (33-7.5),  long jump with 5.62 meters (18-5.25) and 60-meer hurdles with a season-best time of 9.2 seconds at the Sun Belt Championships ... also was a member of the winning 4x400-meter relay team that had a time of 3:37.7 at the SBC Indoor meet.
 
High School: Competed for Coach Darnell Harrison … Was Florida State Champion in the long jump, 200-meter dash and 400-meter dash … State runner-up in the 100-meter dash … Best marks were 54.9 in the 400-meter dash, 24.9 in the 200-meter dash, 12.1 in the 100-meter dash and 19-feet-6-inches in the long jump … Also played basketball in which she was named MVP … Named to the dean’s list her junior and senior years.
 
Personal: Daughter of Melynda and Ernest Hani … Enjoys basketball, jump rope, stilt walking and extreme couponing … Nicknamed Abbigale … Has a sister Kayla who competed in gymnastics for two years at Ball State ... Major is family and child development.
