All-time career leader in eagles at Texas State with five … third all-time in career birdies with 177 … averaged 77.87 last year … best finish was fifth at the Challenge at Onion Creek … low round of the year was a 69 in the final round at Onion Creek … low 54-hole score was 213 at Onion Creek … finished 11^th at the season-opening event at the Chris Banister Classic, helping the Bobcats to a large victory.

2011-12

Oak Farms Academic Achievement Award … Cream of the Crop Academic Award – 4.00 semester GPA … Dean’s List (fall 2011) … Had one top ten finish, placing eighth at the BYU Entrada Classic, the Bobcats third win of the year, over No. 9 Oklahoma State. Has a 76.83 stroke average … Low round was a 72, done twice this season … Placed T-26th at the NCAA Regional in Columbus, Ohio.

2010-11

Finished with a 78.03 scoring average in her first season at Texas State…had two top ten finishes, with her best coming in the final tournament of the season, a ninth place finish at the Southland Conference Tournament where she shot 229 over the three rounds (+13)…her best 54-hole score of the year came at the Mountain View Collegiate (3/26) where she posted a 227…her best individual round was a 72, done twice, the latest in the final round at the Baylor Spring Invitational (4/11)…she had two eagles on the year, good for 28^th in the country…her 63 birdies were among the top 150 players in the country…she hit the green in regulation 62% of the time, good for 127^th in the country...Played with her sister Krista in the World Amateur Championships in Buenos Aires...Lowest round during the championships was a 78 in the second round.

High School

Attended Riga State Gymnasium No. 1 in Riga, Latvia and was a member of the Latvian National golf team...won the Icelandic Junior Masters in 2009 after shooting a 211 (70-71-70)…finished second at the Latvian Junior Championships…placed fifth at the 2009 Girls British Open and took sixth place at the 2009 Dutch Lady International.

Born Jan. 6 in Riga, Latvia…daughter of Aldis and Daiga Puisite…sister of Bobcat golfer, Krista Puisite…majoring in computer information systems at Texas State.
