As a senior at Georgetown High School, Walla averaged 13.8 points, 3.2 assists, and 4.6 rebounds per game … Was named the 4A State MVP of the Championship Game and was also the 4A Texas High School Basketball State Player of the Year in 2013 ... Honored as the American-Statemen’s All-Central Texas 4A State Player of the Year, the Texas Association of Basketball Coaches 4A Player of the Year and the 4A District 17 MVP as a senior ... Was also recruited by Harvard, Yale, St. Bonaventure, Bucknell and more before ultimately deciding to become a Texas State Bobcat … Father attended the Naval Academy where he earned a football and lacrosse scholarship and won a national championship in lacrosse … Some of her favorite hobbies include reading, skiing on the lake, and tubing … She is a huge Kobe Bryant fan and is a fan of the Los Angeles Lakers.
