Named to the All-Southland Conference First-Team … selected to College Sports Madness Southland Conference First-Team … was leading scorer in Southland Conference for both conference only games (19.2 ppg) and all games (18.5 ppg) … finished the season with the fourth best single season scoring total in Texas State history with 572 points … became the 13th player in school history to eclipse the 1,000 scoring mark in a career, finishing with 1,262 points, eighth most in school history … had 14 games of 20 or more points, including two games of 30 or more points … season high scoring total came against Stephen F. Austin, when she scored 34 points, including a Texas State record 16-of-18 from the free throw line … finished the year with the best free throw percentage in school history, going 121-of-140 (.864) … made 61 three-pointers … had a career-best six made threes at UT Arlington (Jan. 28) helping Texas State to finish the game on a 27-4 run … at one stretch in the season, had a stretch of five straight games of 22+ points … reached double digits in scoring in 27 of 31 points … defensively had four steals on two occasions … went 11-of-16 in the season opener against Texas Lutheran (Nov. 11) … made at least one free throw in 28 of 31 games … played 40 minutes three times, en route to a career-high 1108 minutes for the season … scored 27 points in the conference season opener against Northwestern State (Jan. 7).

Named All-Southland Conference Honorable Mention, for the first time in her career … earned the team’s first SLC Player of the Week honor in two years on Jan. 31 for recording her first two double-doubles against Texas A&M-Corpus Christi (Jan. 22) and UT Arlington (Jan. 26) … against the Islanders she made the go ahead free throws with 1.1 seconds on the clock in overtime, to cap a 13-of-13 night from the charity stripe and seal Texas State’s first win of the conference season with a 78-76 win … in that game she scored a season-high 27 points, one shy of her career-high … against the Mavericks she pulled down a career-best 12 rebounds to go along with 17 points … she scored 20+ points eight times in 2010-11 … the Bobcats were 5-3 in those games … in the second game against the Islanders on Feb. 16, Ford cut through the lane for two layups in traffic to help secure a season-sweep over Texas A&M-Corpus Christi with an 81-77 win … she went a combined 8-of-11 from three-point range in a two-game stretch against UT-Pan American and UTEP (Dec. 12-17) … Ford also had a stretch of 20 straight made free throws from Jan. 26-Feb. 2 … helped the Bobcats to its first win away from Strahan Coliseum in two years against Weber State on Dec. 3, going 9-of-10 from the free throw line down the stretch … against the Broncs, she had her best shooting game of the season, going 11-of-17 for 26 points … made at least five field goals in 11 of her last 12 games … Diamond ranked ninth in points per game and 12th in 3-point field goal percentage (.341) among all Southland players … overall her field goal percentage was 14th in the SLC (.414) … she was the Bobcats best free throw shooter at 79.3% (92-of-116), good for ninth in the league … started in 26 of 29 games and played a season-high 37 minutes twice.
2009-10
Played in 25 games and was the lone freshman to start 13 games … finished second on the team averaging 11.0 points per game … led the team on 10 occasions, including a career-best 28-point night against Sam Houston State (Jan. 20) … shot 59 percent (10-for-17) from the field, went 1-for-3 from the arc and 7-for-8 at the stripe … also recorded a season-high four steals against the Bearkats … posted first double-digit scoring feat at Texas Tech (Dec. 2) with 12 points while adding a half dozen rebounds … scored in double figures during 14 games, including 22 points against Texas A&M-Corpus Christi (Feb. 10) after making 11 of her 14 free throws and five of her nine field goal attempts ... sank a career-best three treys against UTSA (Mar. 2) … closed out the season with a pair of 18-point games against the Roadrunners and Bearkats … shot 43.8 percent from the field (92-for-210) … made 38.3 percent (23-for-60) of her three-point attempts ... shot 71.6 percent (68-for-95) at the free throw line.
