2022-2023 SEASON (REDSHIRT JUNIOR)
2023 Outdoor
Sun Belt Conference Men’s Track Co-Performer of the Year … Sun Belt Champion in the 200, 4x100 and 4x400 … 2023 All-Sun Belt First Team … competed in the NCAA West Preliminary Round in the 400m, 4x100-meter relay and the 4x400-meter relay… at the Sun Belt Outdoor Track and Field Championships, placed first in the 200m (20.74), placed second and set a PR in the 400m (45.84) and placed first in both the 4x100-meter relay (39.74) and the 4x400-meter relay (3:07.08)… set a PR in the 200 (20.70) and placed third at the Bobcat Invitational… placed first in the 400m (46.68) at the Charles Austin Classic… finished third in the 200m at the UTSA Invitational… competed in nine meets during the 2023 outdoor season.

2023 Indoor
Finished first in both the 400-meter dash and the 4x400-meter relay at the Sun Belt Indoor Championships… set the school record for the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:06.48 at the Tyson Invitational… registered a PR with a time of 1:14.68 in the 600-yard dash.

2021-22 SEASON (REDSHIRT SOPHOMORE)
2022 Outdoor
Recorded four top-three finishes in the 4x400-meter relay… was a part of the relay that placed first at the Sun Belt Outdoor Championships…competed at the NCAA West Preliminary Round in the 4x400-meter relay… set a season-best time of 3:07.14 in the 4x400-meter dash at the Alumni Muster… recorded a season-best time of 47.47 at the UTSA Invitational in the 400-meter dash.

2022 Indoor
Helped Texas State win the Sun Belt Indoor Championship in the 4x400 with a time of 3:11.29 ... Also competed in the 400 meter at the conference championships (5th; 48.18) ... Finished 3rd in the 400 meter with a time of 47.72 at the Corky Classic in mid-January ... Ran in the 4x400 at the Corky Classic, helping the group run 3:11.00 which was the second-fastest time in school history ... Competed in 4 meets.

2020-21 SEASON (REDSHIRT FRESHMAN)
2021 OUTDOOR
Posted two new career-best times at the Texas State Bobcat Classic, finished fifth in the 200 meters in 21.22 seconds, and finished fourth in the 400 in 47.17 seconds… finished first as part of the team in the 4x400 relay at the Sun Belt Conference Championships
 
2021 INDOOR
Team member of the 4x400 relay team that finished first with a time of 3:15.12 at the Sun Belt Track & Field Championships.

2019-20 SEASON (FRESHMAN)
2020 INDOOR
Competed in five meets… helped Texas State win distance medley relay and posted a season-best time of 49.41 in 400 meters at Sun Belt Championships… ran on 4x400-meter relay team that finished second at the UAB Vulcan Invitational and seventh at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational and Navy Invitational.
 
HIGH SCHOOL
Competed in the sprints and relays at Roosevelt High School in Washington, D.C. … ranked as the top 400-meter runner in Washington, D.C. as a junior and senior… was the 400-meter champion in the DCSAA as a junior and senior…  was the silver medalist in the 100 and 200 meters at the U.S. Capital Invitational.
