2012 Indoor: A member of the 4x440-yard relay team that placed second at the SLC Championships with 3:49.93 to earn all-conference honors … finished 10^th in the 400 meters at the conference meet with 57.82 … timed a season-best in the 400 meters with 57.38 at the Texas Tech Open … on the mile relay team that finished first at the Texas Tech Open with 3:49.78. 

2011: Ran the 400-meter dash and the mile relay during the indoor season … fastest time in the 400 came at the Sooner Invitational where she timed 58.17 to finish fifth … ran at the Southland Conference Indoor Championships, clocking 59.27 to finish 20^th … was on the 4x440-yard relay team that took fifth at the SLC Indoors with a time of 3:54.99 … during the outdoor season, had five top-ten finishes in the 400 meters … season-best time was at the Bobcat Invite, recording 55.92 to take third … placed tenth at the SLC Outdoors, timing 57.84 … was on the team’s top mile relay team that placed fifth at the SLC Outdoors with a time of 3:47.01 … team captured four gold medals during the season and had the Bobcats' fastest time of the year with 3:45.57 at the Bobcat Invite.

Texas A&M: Competed for the Aggies under coach Pat Henry … ran the 400-meter leg on the distance medley that recorded the fourth-fastest time in school history … ran 56.6 split.

Hays HS: A four-year letterwinner for coach Terry Green … 4A state qualifier in the 400 meters and long jump in 2008 … was the first athlete at Hays to qualify for state in two events in more than 20 years … awarded the Most Dedicated Female Athlete in 2009 … qualified for the regional meet in four events all four years of high school. 

   Personal: Born March 26, 1991 in Austin to Cliff and Kim Trinkaus … has one older sister, Lauren … cousins, Kristin (Towson) and Nicole (York) Trinkaus were collegiate swimmers … major is nursing.
