2020 Outdoor
Passed away June 1, 2021, following a car accident... NCAA qualifier… placed in 400 meters and 4x400 relay at the NCAA Division I West Preliminary Round…10 top-five finishes in the season… first-place finish and set a career-best time of 46.44 seconds in the 400 at the Sun Belt Conference Track and Field Championships.

2020 Indoor
Finished first as part of the 4x400 meter relay team and placed second in the 200 at the Sun Belt Track & Field Championships.

2020 Indoor
Was the Sun Belt Conference champion in 400 meters with a time of 47.31 seconds. also competed in 200 meters at the Sun Belt meet...named a First-Team All-Sun Belt selection.

2019 Outdoor
Had eight top 10 finishes…ran a season best of 46.50 to win the 400 meters at the Sun Belt Conference Championships… clinched a  first-place finish in the 200 meters at the Bobcat Classic with a time of 21.22… ran on a fourth-place 4x400 meter relay team at conference championships.

2019 Indoor
Won the 400 meters and was a member of the winning 4x400 meter relay team at the George Mason Father Diamond.

2018 Outdoor
Member of 4x100m relay that placed 18th at NCAA Outdoor Championships with time of 39.81...part of 4x100m relay that placed 12th at NCAA West Preliminary meet...won silver medal as member of 4x100m relay that clocked in at 39.89 at Sun Belt Conference Championships...finished eighth in 200m finals and ran season best time of 21.06 in the preliminary heats at the conference championships... finished third in 100m with season best time of 10.52 and in the 200m with time of 21.09, and was part of winning 4x100m relay squad at Bobcat Classic... helped both 4x100m and 4x400m relays placed fifth at LSU Alumni Gold... part of winning 4x400m relay at the Texas Invitational... Helped 4x400m relay place 15th in 3:11.53 at Texas Relays... Runner-up in 200m at Roadrunner Invitational.
 
2018 Indoor
Placed seventh in 200m with time of 21.60 at Sun Belt Conference Championships...ran a season best 21.46 in 200m preliminary heat...took seventh in 200m at Jaguar Invitational... came in fifth in 200m with time of 21.55 and sixth in 60m in season best time of 6.94...was third in 200m at the Ted Nelson Invitational...won the 200m in 22.52 at LSU Purple Tiger.

High School
Graduated from Allen High School in Allen, Texas...coached by Jon Cockroft...concluded his senior year ranked 14th in the United States in the 200m...ranked seventh among top 200m sprinters in Texas as a senior...named team's male track athlete of the year award as a senior... finished fifth in the 100m at 2017 UIL 6A state meet...claimed regional title in the 100m and third in the 200m as a senior...his  bests times in high school were 10.50 (100m), 21.06 (200m outdoor), 7.05 (60m) and 21.77 (200m indoor)...ran club track during the summers for Team Quest...coached by Donnell Hobbs...named a 2016 USATF All-American.

Born June 13...son of Stacie Verdine and Adreano Allen...has two siblings, Joshua Allen and Destiny Verdine...majoring in finance.
