Earned All-Conference USA Third Team honors at the C-USA Championships, placing third with a pole vault of 16-05 (4.89m)... runner-up in the pole vault at the Texas Tech Shootout with a season-best jump of 16-7.25 (5.06m)... a height of 5.00m in the pole vault earned Bullard a 5th place finish at the Texas Tech Open & Multis

Bullard jumped 16-8.75 (5.10m) at the Texas Tech Red Raider Invitational to secure a second-place finish and achieve a new personal record... finished fourth at the C-USA Championships with a pole vault of 16-0.5 (4.89m)... pole vault winner at the Kansas State Wildcat Invitational with a mark of 16-6.75 (5.05m)... runner-up in the pole vault at the H-Town SpeedCity Series Invitational, recording a jump of 16-0.75 (4.90m)

Placed seventh at 4.76 meters at the C-USA Championships... took second place at 4.91 meters at the Baylor Invitational... vaulted a career-best 5.00 meters for runner-up honors at the West Kittley Invitational (3/15/19)... a height of 4.81 meters earned Bullard a 2nd place finish in the pole vault at the Wichita State KT Woodman Classic
