2012 Indoor: Had three top-five finishes in the weight throw including a fifth-place finish at the SLC Championships with 17.43 meters (57-02.25) … opened the season with a third-place finish at the Texas 10-Team Invitational. 

2011: Finished fifth at the Southland Conference Indoors with a mark of 17.59 meters (57-07.00) for a season-best … competed in the discus and hammer throws during the outdoor season … had a fifth-place showing in the discus at the Trinity Invite with a distance of 45.48 meters (149-02), a season-best … finished 15th in the discus at the SLC Outdoors with a throw of 43.04 meters (141-02) … his top mark in the hammer came at the Michael Johnson Dr. Pepper Classic where he threw 51.22 meters (168-0) to place 10th … took 12th in the hammer at the SLC Outdoors with a throw of 46.83 meters (153-08).

2010: Threw season best in the shot put with a distance of 12.77 meters (41-10 3/4) at the Texas State Invite … had a season-best in the hammer throw with a distance of 49.37 meters (161-11) at the Texas State Invite … competed in the discus throw at the Texas State Invite where he had a season-best of 44.52 meters (146-0) … placed 12th in the discus throw at the SLC Outdoor Championships with a throw of 38.91 meters (127-08) … placed 13th in the hammer throw at the SLC Outdoor Championships with a distance of 42.64 meters (139-11).

Poth HS: Multi-sport athlete for Poth High School, earning letters in football, basketball, track and field and powerlifting ... twice qualified for regionals in the discus, and helped lead his team to four consecutive District 28-2A titles ... personal best discus throw measured 159 feet.
