Recorded a career-best in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 53.40 at the Sun Belt Outdoor Track and Field Championships and placed 6th … set a career-best time in the 400-meter dash with a time of 48.48 at the Michael Johnson Invitational in Waco in late April … competed in six meets in the 2023 outdoor season, running the 400-meter hurdles, 400-meter dash and the 4x400-meter relay.

Set a career-best time in the 400-meter with a time of 49.51 at the Sun Belt Indoor Track & Field Championships… competed in three meets during the indoor season and participated in the 4x400-meter relay, 400-meter dash and the distance medley relay.
