2020 INDOOR
Had four Top 10 finishes… opened with a second-place finish in the 3,000 meters with a season-best time of 10:16.02… placed eighth in the 5,000 meters with a season-best time of 17:46.32 at the Sun Belt Championships.
2019 CROSS COUNTRY
Competed in four meets… finished in 21
st place at the Sun Belt Conference Championships… had a season-best time in a 6-kilometer race of 22:14.2 at the Arturo Barrios Invitational.
2019 OUTDOOR
Finished in the top 10 six times along with breaking three personal bests in the 1500m (5:02.20), 5000m (17:55.76), and 10,000m (37:04.79)… posted fourth-place finishes in the 5000m at the LSU Alumni Gold and Texas A&M Invitational.
2019 INDOOR
Running in the 3000m over the course of two invitationals, Steinhauser placed sixth at the South Alabama Invitational and 12
th at the Ted Nelson Invitational.
2018 CROSS COUNTRY
Competed in five meets… competed in the NCAA South Central Region Cross Country Championships… posted a season-best finish of 17th place at the Sun Belt Conference Championships.
PRIOR TO TEXAS STATE
Transfer from Allen College… NJCAA national qualifier in XC, Indoor and Outdoor Track as a freshman… Earned NJCAA Honorable Mention All-America honors in outdoor track with a third-place finish in the 10,000m at the 2018 NJCAA Outdoor Championships...named USTFCCCA All-American after a 19th-place finish in the NJCAA Cross Country Championships as a sophomore… was Jayhawk East Conference individual champion and finished third in the Region 6 Championships as a sophomore… was a two-time All-Conference and All-Region VI selection in cross country…… finished eighth in the nation in the indoor 5k… named Newcomer of the Year for 2016-2017… named Jayhawk Conference Cross Country Runner of the Week three times during her career.
HIGH SCHOOL
Posted a third-place finish in the 1600 and 3200 meters at the UIL Region III-4A Championships… with best times of 5:30.88 and 12:06.22, respectively… finished third in the 1600m and 3200m at the District 21-4A Championships.
