Prepped at La Porte High School in La Porte, Texas ... played both catcher and third base ... was named Offensive Player of the Year, MVP, Defensive Player of the Year and to the Academic All-District team during her time at La Porte ... also played varsity volleyball where she was a Defensive Player of the Year and Academic All-District ... was a National Honor Society member ... played travel ball for Illusions Gold Plocheck ... says she chose to attend Texas State because, "it immediately felt like home. Everyone was so welcoming and I knew this was a place I could spend the next 4 years. I love the coaches, players, and softball program as a whole. The campus is beautiful and I’m beyond excited to begin this new journey."
