2011:

Appeared in 37 games in the catcher’s spot with 32 starts ... batted .267 with 16 hits, 12 RBI and five runs scored ... drove in all the Bobcats’ runs against McNeese State in the Southland Conference Tournament to lead Texas State to the championship game ...  was walked nine times on the season for a .371 on-base percentage ... had a season long hit streak of five games and six multi RBI games … recorded 216 putouts behind the plate, with just two errors on the season … registered her first career home run against Southeastern Louisiana on April 2.

2010:

Started 26 games and appeared in 34 contests ...finished the season with six hits, four runs and five RBIs … recorded a game-high 11 putouts versus Iowa ... tallied runs against Arizona State, Sam Houston State (2), and Texas A&M-Corpus Christi ... registered a season-high two RBI versus Sam Houston State … walked five times during the season.

2009:

Started 56 of 57 games at catcher ... batted .167 with seven hits, four runs and five RBI ... registered the first hit of her career in a 3-0 win over UAB (Feb. 20) ... recorded an RBI in a 9-6 win against Texas (Feb. 11) ... had 12 put-outs against Texas Tech (April 13) ... committed just three errors behind the plate ... had five walks on the season ... went 2-for-4 against Northwestern State  recording a double and three RBI , while scoring in a 9-0 win (April 20).

High School:

Lettered all four years at Angleton ... played for coach Rhodes and coach Hurley ... school advanced to the playoffs all four years ... was named First Team All-County as a catcher, First Team All-District and team most valuable player during her senior season.

Personal:

Daughter of Duane and Liz Parten ... born on February 19, 1990 ... has two younger twin brothers Jim and Derek ... majoring in interior design.
