Named to the 2013-14 Sun Belt Conference Academic Honor Roll … Started in 21 games for the season … Recorded three runs with four RBI on the year … Put up a career-high of two hits against Cal State Fullerton and Texas A&M-CC … Tallied a total of 62 put outs for the year as an outfielder and catcher for Texas State … Hit her first collegiate triple against Texas Tech on Mar. 22, 2014 … Recorded three assists against Sam Houston State.

Attended Deer Park High School and competed as a catcher, second baseman, and third baseman … After her freshman season, she was named the most athletic female at her high school … That same season along with her junior season she was named second-team all-district … She was named first-team all-district her sophomore and senior seasons … When her team made it to the state tournament, she was named to the all-tournament team.

Daughter of Deneise and Mike Fryar … Has one sibling, McKenna … Majoring in exercise and sport science … She enjoys hanging out with friends and her favorite sports team is the Houston Texans.
