2012 Indoor: Opened the season with his best height of the season with 4.38 meters (14-04.50) to finish seventh … competed at the Texas Tech Open, placing 13^th with 4.28 meters (14-00.50).  

Rice Consolidated HS: Captured the silver medal at the 2011 state meet (2A) in the pole vault while under the direction of coach Mike Pustejovsky … personal-best is 4.57 meters (15-0).
