Named Sun Belt Conference Freshman of the Year...ranked second among team leaders with a 73.22 average in eight tournaments...best finish was ninth place at the Bubba Barnett Intercollegiate...tied for 13th place at the Huntsville Toyota Bearkat Invitational and Little Rock Invitational...shot par or better in eight rounds...had a season-low 69 in the first round of the Bubba Barnett Intercollegiate, his first collegiate tournament...posted a 70 at the Little Rock Invitational and Louisiana Classics...had a 71 at the Little Rock Invite, Bayou City Collegiate Classic, and Huntsville Toyota Bearkat Invitational...shot a par-72 at the Craft Farms Intercollegiate and the Huntsville Toyota Bearkat Invite...posted Texas State's best round at the Sun Belt Conference Championship with a 74. .
