Sophomore (2025-26):
Appeared in 30 games and started in 29 games ... began the year with a career-best 34 points on 13-18 shooting against Ohio to lead the nation in scoring on opening day of the season ... led Texas State in scoring with 431 points while also having 38 rebounds, 38 assists, seven blocks and 45 steals ... had double-digits in 21 games including nine nights with 20+ points ... she led the Sun Belt in free throw percentage with .875 while going 77-88 from the line ... shot .312 from beyond the arc, going 58-186 ... had a streak of nine-consecutive double-digit outings from Jan. 28 until Feb. 25 ... became the first Bobcat in four seasons to shoot 10-10 from the free throw line in a single game against TAMUCC on Nov. 20

Freshman (2024-25):
Appeared in 24 games for the Bobcats including 15 starts, the most of any freshman this season ... averaged 18.6 minutes a night while recording 6.3 points and 1.8 rebounds a night ... had six nights with double-digits including a career-high 22 points against Coastal Carolina on 2/5 ... also had a season high eight field goals and six three-pointers that night ... had a season-high seven rebounds at ULM on 2/1 ... had the second-most three pointers made of any Bobcat this season with 28

A guard from Rice High School, Burks has no shortage of accolades … she was named three time MVP in District 18-3A … was named to 3A All-Region and All-State … named to the 2022-23 THACA 3A Super Elite Team … Selected for the 2022-23 TABC All-Star Game … she was nominated for 2022-23 Miss Texas Basketball and nominated for 2022-23 Texas Gatorade Player of the Year … named to the 2023 Small Town All-America First Team
