Senior (2019-20): Another historic season was in the making for Pearson, but ended prematurely due to the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak…In his senior season, Pearson became the program’s all-time leading scorer and finished his career with 2, 122 points…He became the first Bobcat to record three consecutive 500-point seasons and the fifth Bobcat to join the 600-point club in a single season…His 601 total points in the 2019-20 season rank No. 7 in the school’s single-season record book and No. 45 in NCAA Division I basketball…was tabbed the first Bobcat to win the Sun Belt Conference Player of the Year award, and is the first Bobcat to win a league Player of the Year honor since 1999 (Donte Mathis, Southland Conference)…also ranked No. 20 with 5.4 rebounds per game in addition to 1.3 steals per game…led the league in 2019-20 with 19.4 points per game  behind a 42.3 field goal percentage (No. 6 in the Sun Belt) and 35.3 3-point field goal percentage (No. 5 in the Sun Belt)…Pearson started all 31 games and averaged 34.8 minutes per game (No. 2 in the Sun Belt)…He was a three-time Sun Belt Conference Player of the Week and scored in double-figures in 29 games this season (104 in his career)…in his senior year, Pearson scored 20 or more points 16 times and had a stretch of doing so in six consecutive games…Pearson had a season-high 30 points vs. Bethany College (Dec. 15, 2019) and registered two double-doubles on the year; the first at UNLV (25 points, 10 rebounds) on Nov. 20, 2019, and the second at UT Arlington (24 points, career-high 15 rebounds) on Feb. 28, 2020.
 
To conclude his career, Pearson was one of seven Division I athletes to have 0ver 2,00 points and 700 rebounds. His final numbers and where they rank in the program’s record book are as followed: 2,122 career points (No. 1), 16.0 points per game (No. 9), 739 career rebounds (No. 9), 292 career assists (No. 6), 177 career steals (No. 3). 

Junior (2018-19): Started in all 33 games played in to become the program’s leader in games started at 102…received his first All-Sun Belt First Team selection and became the first Bobcat to make the NABC All-District First Team…totaled 542 points to become the third player in program history with consecutive 500-point seasons…ended the year ranked No. 5 all-time with 1,521 points scored, No. 2 all-time with 175 made 3-point field goals, No. 5 all-time with 138 steals, and No. 14 all-time with 572 rebounds…also completed the year with 3,357 career minutes played, No. 2 in program history…averaged 16.4 points (No. 9 in the Sun Belt), 5.1 rebounds (No. 19 in the Sun Belt) and 1.4 steals per game (No. 6 in the Sun Belt)…shot 42.1% from the field (192-of-456) which ranked 13th in the league, and 38.6% from 3-point range…also collected 46 assists (1.4/game) and six total blocks…scored a career-high 33 points at Portland (Nov. 24) in route to being tabbed the 2018 Portland Classic MVP…turned in his sixth career double-double vs. Arkansas State (Jan. 19) with 29 points (7-of-16) and 11 rebounds…pulled down a career-high 14 rebounds vs. Georgia Southern (Jan. 3)…knocked down a career-best seven 3-pointers at Georgia State (Jan. 24)…was the only player in the Sun Belt Conference to win the Player of the Week award in consecutive weeks (Nov. 27-Dec.3)…selected as the College Sports Madness Mid-Major Player of the Week twice (Nov. 26; Feb. 3).
 
Sophomore (2017-18): Played and started all 33 games... Scored 502 points, second most ever by a sophomore in program history... Named to Men Against Breast Cancer Showcase All-Tournament team... Led team with 32.6 minutes, 15.2 points, 6.0 rebounds and 1.3 steals per game... Played 1,077 minutes to become only player in program history to play 1,000-plus minutes in multiple seasons... Dished out 2.4 assists per contest... Shot 39.4% from the field... Made 33.0% of his three-point attempts... Went 100-for-141 (70.9%) at the free throw line... Made a team-high 58 three-pointers... Blocked 13 shots... Totaled 13 points, six rebounds, two steals and a block at Air Force (11/12)... Scored 14 points, grabbed seven rebounds and rejected two shots against UTSA (11/15)... Finished with a double-double of 19 points and 11 rebounds against UT Rio Grande Valley (11/18)... Totaled 17 points, eight rebounds and two steals versus Canisius (11/24)... Scored 23 points on 9-fo-14 shooting with four made treys, grabbed five boards and handed out two assists at Pacific (11/25)... Netted 16 points at Houston Baptist (12/2)... Finished with 12 points and five assists against McMurry (12/6)... Went for 11 points, five rebounds and two steals against Ecclesia (12/19)... Scored 18 points and posted three steals at Rice (12/22)... Netted 18 points on 7-of-14 shooting and recorded two steals at Appalachian State (12/29)... Finished with 15 points at Coastal Carolina (12/31)... Fell just shy of a double-double with 13 points and nine boards against Troy (1/6)... Recorded a double-double of 13 points and 10 rebounds at Arkansas State (1/11)... Finished with 12 points and a season-high seven assists at Little Rock (1/13)... Scored 17 points on 7-of-12 shooting with three made three-pointers and retrieved seven boards against ULM (1/18)... Scored 22 points with four made treys, grabbed eight rebounds and handed out three assists at Georgia Southern (1/25)... Recorded 16 points and a season-high three blocks against Coastal Carolina (2/1)... Posted a double-double of 18 points and 10 rebounds at UTA (2/10)... Finished with 17 points, six rebounds and three assists at ULM (2/17)... Scored 17 points, retrieved seven boards, handed out three assists and recorded two steals against Georgia State (2/22)... Totaled 15 points, seven rebounds and four assists against Georgia Southern (2/24)... Freshman (2016-17): Played and started all 36 games... Sun Belt Conference All-Tournament Team selection... Named Sun Belt Conference Player of the Week (Mar. 6)... Picked to Outrigger Resorts Rainbow Classic All-Tournament Team... Averaged 13.3 points, team-high 5.7 rebounds, 2.4 assists and 1.4 steals per game... Played a team-high and program single-season record 1,182 minutes, 70th most in the nation... Made 43.7% from the field... Converted 34.6% of three-point attempts... Second on the team with 72.1 free throw percentage... Began collegiate career with 18-point, 4-rebound, 3-steal performance versus Florida Atlantic (11/11)...
