High School
Comes to Texas State by way for Loyola College Prep in Shreveport, La. Under the guidance of head coach Kyle Tanner, she helped guide the Flyers to a 30-3 record in 2017-18. Following the season, Johnson was honored as a first team all-district selection, district MVP, first team all-city and second team all-state. Johnson compiled 16 points and 11 rebounds per outing as a junior. She competes for the Louisiana Lightning in the AAU circuit. The Lightning won the 2017 State AAU Championship and finished as runners-up in 2018. Off the court, Johnson is a Student Ambassador and a member of the Student Advisory Council. She has been awarded the Daughter of the American Revolution Award and the President's Education Award for outstanding academic achievement.

Personal
She is the daughter of Kenny Johnson and Danyale Dallas. She is the youngest of four children, including an older sister and two older brothers.
