Played in 12 games … made two starts as a running back … rushed for 712 yards and eight touchdowns on 1076 carries … caught 11 passes for 125 yards and three TDs … ranked 10th among among Sun Belt Conference rushing leaders with 59.3 yards per game … tied for seventh among league scoring (TDs) leaders with 6.0 points per game … was one of 11 players in the nation to return a punt for a touchdown … named the Sun Belt Conference Offensive Player of the Week and College Football Performance Awards’ National Running Back of the Week after running for a career-best of 284 yards and three touchdowns on 15 carries against Idaho… His 284 yards were the fourth-highest yardage total in school history and the sixth-highest total by a Sun Belt player … had touchdown runs of 95, 70 and 70 yards against the Vandals … his 95-yard TD run is the longest in school history and the second-longest run in Sun Belt history …  gained 98 yards on 10 carries and scored on a 60-yard touchdown run at Georgia State …  rushed for 71 yards and two touchdowns on a season-high 20 carries at Tulsa … his second touchdown gave the Bobcats a victory in overtime … also rushed for 64 yard and a touchdown on 10 carries at New Mexico State … caught two passes for 68 yards  at ULM … had two catches for 26 yards at Navy.

Played in 12 games ... started the first three games of the season ... rushed for 201 yards and two touchdowns on 42 carries ... caught seven passes for 183 yards and two TDs ... gained a season-best of 80 yards on eight carries at Troy ... also caught a 17-yard touchdown pass against the Trojans ... caught a season-long 67-yard touchdowns pass at Idaho and recorded two receptions for 85 yards against the Vandals ... had a run of 32 yards at UL Lafayette ... received the Supercat Award for big skill players in spring workouts.

Played in 12 games and started at tailback against Texas Tech ... rushed for 269 yards and five touchdowns on 64 carries in 2012 ... had a season-best 56 yards and a TD on nine carries against Idaho ... netted 38 yards and two touchdowns against Louisiana Tech ... also rushed for a touchdown against UTSA and New Mexico State ... gained 39 yards on five carries ... longest run of the season was 35 yards against Idaho ... had 10 receptions for 150 yards and a touchdown out of the backfield ... caught two passes for 38 yards and touchdown against Texas Tech ... also caught a 32 yard pass versus the Vandals.

Starting running back at Angleton High School ... team finished with a record of 12-2 in 2009 ... his head coach was Finis Vanover ... earned All-District 24-4A Second-Team honors in 2009 after being named an Honorable Mention selection as a junior ... rushed for 688 yards in 2009 ... two-time All-State selection in track after helping Angleton win District 24-4A championship in the 4x100m and 4x200m relays ... was a member of the 4x100m relay team that won the 2009 state championship.
