2010:
Started eight games for the Bobcats ... nominated for the AFCA Good Works Team.


2009:
Started 11 games at center ... was part of an offensive line that ranked 25th nationally and recorded the third in the Southland Conference for fewest quarterback sacks allowed with an average of 1.36 sacks per game ... was part of an offense that averaged over 422 yards and nearly 32 points per game.


2008:
Played in seven games as a reserve center and member of the special teams ... helped the Bobcats convert on 57 extra-point tries and 14 of 17 field goal attempts ... also was a member of the offensive line that ranked 19th nationally for fewest sacks allowed with an average of 1.15 per game.


2007:
Sat out the season as a redshirt ... named the scout team Player of the Week three times.


High School:
Earned All-America honors while playing center and deep snapped for Pearland’s Division I Class 5A state semifinalist team ... was a four-year letter winner for head coach Tony Heath ... named to the 2006 All-Greater Houston team ... three-time All-District 24-5A First-Team center for the Oilers ... represented the State of Texas at the 2007 Bayou Bowl.


Personal:
Born Aug. 27, 1988 in Houston ... son of Steve and Dana Kenney ... involved in community service projects with Texas State’s peer buddies, Bobcat Build and Interact Club ... major is mathematics at Texas State ... received the Oak Farms Dairy Academic Award three times.
