Gipson is in her second season as a defensive graduate assistant in 2023 and primarily works with the linebackers.

The Texas State graduate spent two seasons (2021-22) as a student assistant with the inside linebackers. 

Over the course of her young career, she has attended the NFL Women Career Forum in 2021 and was a part of the Bill Walsh Fellowship with the Cleveland Browns where she worked with the defensive backs.

A native of Mexia, Texas, Gipson graduated from Texas State in May 2022 with a bachelor's degree in general studies.
