High School: All-District 8-4A First-Team selection as a running back and linebacker after helping lead Stephenville to a 10-3 record during his senior season ... also earned All-District Second Team and All-Academic honors as a running back during his junior campaign ... was a regional qualifier in powerlifting in his senior year and also was a member of Stephenville’s track and field team.


Personal: Born July 16, 1991 in Arlington, Texas ... son of Jack and Lena Whiteley ... major at Texas State is biology ... his father was an NAIA All-America track and field athlete and member of the football team at McMurry ... hobbies include playing a guitar and fishing.
