Father, Doug, played football at Ohio State, was selected in the 2nd round of the 1981 NFL Draft by the Dallas Cowboys, and spent 5 seasons in the NFL with the Cowboys (1981-84) and Chicago Bears (1986) … Doug played in 43 career NFL games with 55 catches, 898 yards and 4 TDs … He also returned punts and kicks in the NFL … Doug also left Ohio State as the school’s all-time leading receiver in career receptions, career receiving yards, average yards per reception and career receiving TDs … Mom, Dina, is a former Dallas Cowboys cheerleader … Has one brother, Jake.
