Played in 11 games and started seven contests as an offensive tackle ... recorded 19 pancake blocks with a season-high of seven against Navy ... also had three knockdowns versus San Jose State and Louisiana Tech ... registered two pancakes against Idaho ... had a season-best two, 10-yard blocks versus Nevada.

2011
Played in seven games and started two as an offensive tackle after moving to the offensive line from tight end ... recorded 11 pancake blocks with a season-high three versus Tarleton State ... also graded out 80 percent or better in five of the seven games in which he played.

High School
Starting tight end at Smithson Valley High School, which finished 2008 season with a 13-2 record before falling in the State semifinal game against Katy ... played for coach Larry Hill ... great blocker for one of state’s most prolific rushing offenses ... also caught 12 passes for 161 yards ... earned Academic All-State and Second-Team All-District 26-5A honors in 2008 ... was a two-time Academic All-State selection.
