Transfer from Independence Community College...coached by Keith Donerson at Independence...went to Independence after playing in six games as a freshman at Riverside City College...helped Tigers win their first California Community College State Championship in 30 years with a 13-0 record.

Played at Vista Ridge High School... played for coach Jerimi Calip...was a teammate of current Bobcat Micah Hilts... was chosen CHSAA All-State First Team by Max Preps as a senior...named to the 2018 Gazette Preps Football All-Stars Second Team defensive lineman...tallied 49 tackles, including 30 solo stops, 14.0 tackles for loss, 7.0 sacks and 19 quarterback hurries as a senior...registered 40 tackles on the year with seven tackles for loss and nine solo sacks in his junior year...threw the shot put for the track and field team.
