Texas State Athletics

Anthony Crespino is the director of player personnel at Texas State after serving two seasons as the director of football operations for the Bobcats.

Crespino rejoined Texas State's football staff in July 2014 after serving as the director of player development at Penn State in spring 2014 and as the director of operations at Western Michigan in 2013.
                                                                                                                  
Crespino went to Western Michigan after serving as an assistant director of football operations and recruiting coordinator at Texas State in 2012.
 
He began his career in athletics at his alma mater, Pittsburg State, where his duties included assisting with operations, corporate sponsorships, marketing and promotions and fundraising for the Gorilla football, volleyball, basketball, baseball, softball and track teams while pursuing his undergraduate degree.
 
A native of Girard, Kan., Crespino earned a bachelor of science degree in business administration in 2012 at Pittsburg State. He comes  from a football family with his father being the head football coach at Girard High School from 1992-2006.
