Earned All-SBC First-Team honors as a kickoff returner by College Sports Madness and Phil Steele ... played in 12 games ... became one of 13 student-athletes in NCAA history to return two kickoffs for a touchdown in a single game when he recorded returns of 100 and 92 yards for touchdowns in Texas State’s first Sun Belt Conference game at UL Lafayette ... ranked fifth nationally and second among SBC  leaders in kickoff returns overall after averaging 29.9 yards on 20 returns ... his two touchdowns also set school records for most TDs scored on a kickoff return in a game, season and career ... had three returns overall for a total of 211 yards against the Ragin’ Cajuns to earn SBC Special Teams Player of the Week honors ... also recorded a 42-yard return at Troy ...  caught 22 passes for 241 yards ... caught a 70-yard pass at Troy.

2012
Played in 12 games and made nine starts ... ranked fourth on the team with 21 receptions, 226 receiving yards and two touchdown catches ... had a season-best six catches for 85 yards at Navy ... caught a season-long 32-yard pass against the Midshipmen ... recorded four receptions for 41 yards and a touchdown at UTSA ...  tallied three catches for 35 yards in his collegiate debut at Houston.

Named a two-star recruit by Rivals.com ... played for coach Jamey Dubose ... helped lead Prattville to a 6A state championship over Hoover High School ... had 49 receptions for 753 yards and five touchdowns his senior season.
