2008: Played in 11 games as a true freshman ... averaged 38.3 yards on 42 punts ... had a season-long 59-yard punt, and punts of 52 yards and 46 yards twice while averaging a season-best 47.6 yards on seven kicks against Northwestern State ... also made one unassisted tackle against the Demons ... averaged over 40 yards in four other games ... had four punts for 170 yards and a 42.5 average at Sam Houston State ... averaged 41.3 yards on three kicks at Stephen F. High School: A very versatile and athletic punter ... was an All-District First-Team tight end and All-District Second-Team a senior and made All-District First-Team as a punter as a junior ... as a senior he handled kickoff duties and had 32 of 53 kickoffs going for touchbacks.
