Competed in five meets during the 2024 season and recorded PRs in the 4k (15:36.4) & 6k (22:24.6)... placed top 30 in the 5k at the UIW Invite.
2023 SEASON (FRESHMAN)
At the UIW Twilight, she recorded a PR of 15:47.3 in the 4k and placed 26th... recorded a PR in the 5k at the DBU Old Glory Gallop, with a time of 18:57... Set another PR in the 6k at the Arturo Barrios Invite, with a time of 23:09.6... placed top 50 in the 5k at the SBC XC Championships... competed in the 6k at the NCAA South Central Region Championships
HIGH SCHOOL
Named female athlete of the year at Del Rio High School…finished fourth at the District 30-6A meet and qualified for the regional meet for the second consecutive year…as a junior, Gloria claimed the district championship in the 1600m and the 3200m and qualified for the area meet in the 800m…named area champion in the 1600m and finished second in the 3200m to advance to the regional meet…she was also named Queens Track’s Distance Runner of the Year and the Female Track Athlete of the Year.
