Texas State Athletics

2020 INDOOR
Competed in four meets… helped Texas State’s distance medley relay finish in sixth place in the Sun Belt Indoor Championships… was the runner-up in the 3,000m at the Red Raider Invitational… finished sixth in the mile at the UAB Vulcan Invitational.
 
PREVIOUS SCHOOL
Garnered All-Lone Star Conference indoor and outdoor track honors in 2019…chosen Third-Team in the outdoor season after finishing fifth in the 5,000-meters and seventh in the 1,500-meters at the LSC Championship…tabbed  a Second-Team selection during the indoor season after placing third in the mile, and fifth in the 3,000 meters, and running on Tarleton’s DMR team that was the runner-up with a school-record time at the LSC Indoor meet… was a two-time All-Lone Star Conference selection in cross country after placing third place at the LSC Championships in 2018 and second place in 2017…named the LSC Cross Country Runner of the Year in 2017 when she finished in 21^st place at the NCAA South Central Regional Championship…also named the LSC Female Runner of the Week as a sophomore and junior.
 
HAYS HIGH SCHOOL
Lettered all four years in cross country and track for coach Traci Hightower and was named a captain… was a 2015 TAGCA Class 6A First-Team All-State selection in cross country…was the 2015 District 14-6A cross country champion…named a three-time All-Region First-Team selection in cross country…tabbed All-District 14-6A First-Team in 2015 and All-District 27-4A First-Team in 2013…was a track district champion in the 1600m in 2015 and in the 1600m and 3200m in 2016…selected to run in the Texas Top 40 Mile for track in 2016.
