Meet Admission

  • $10.00 General Admissions
  • $5.00 Senior Citizens 65+ 
  • $5.00 Children
  • Free Admissions TXST Students and Staff.  
  • Parking day passes will need to be purchased for Friday either at Pay-to-Park station or purchased in advance on https://www.parking.txst.edu/visitors.html. 
    • Parking is free on weekends

Team & Athlete Information

Entry information

Entries

  • Entries and payment will be accepted online via www.athletic.net.
  • Payment for the meet will only be accepted online. Paid in full, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Entry Deadline

  • Meet entry deadline is Monday, March 23, 2026, at 12:00PM CST. 
  • Any entries after this deadline will incur a late fee of $100.
  • PERFORMANCE LIST WILL BE RELEASED MARCH 25 AT 5:00PM CST.

Entry Fee

  • Entry fee is $800 per gender for 10 athletes or more if paid by March 23, 2026, at 12:00PM. 
  • Teams with 9 people or less will pay $50 per athlete.

Late Fee 

  • Late fee will apply to any athlete wanting to enter after the Meet entry deadline, late fee $100. 
  • NO EXCEPTIONS!

Meet Information

Protests

  • The fee for protests is $100. If the protest is won, the fee will be returned.
  • There will be no jury of appeals. The referee rule is final.
  • All Appeals decisions will be rendered by Administrative Referees along with One Independent Referee, and ALL decisions are FINAL.

Team Parking

  • Team parking will be located at 1330 Thorpe Lane on the back side of the stadium.

Facilities

  • Texas State University Track and Field Complex and UFCU Stadium (Football Field)

Team Camps

  • We will be utilizing UFCU Stadium for team camps and warmup area.
  • Please refer to the map for team camp area and email updates during the week for instructions and any updates for team camp locations.

Weight room

  • Weight room access is available.
  • Coach must always be present with athletes, and athletes must fill out a waiver.
  • Please contact Natalie Ramirez 818-447-3211 for access.

Practice & Warm up

  • The use of the track facility will only be available on Friday, March 27 from 11:00am-12:30pm for warm-ups.
  • Warm up for track events will not be allowed on track.
  • All athletes must warm up on the football field.
  • Always pay attention to safety while throwing events while practicing or competing.
  • Hammer practice is only available Thursday March 26 from 8:00am-10:00am.

Event Check In

  • Running events will check in at the tent north side of track in grass area 30 minutes prior to the start of the event.
  • Field events check in at the respective event 30 minutes before each flight.
