Meet Admission

  • $10.00 General Admissions
  • $5.00 Senior Citizens 65+ 
  • $5.00 Children
  • Free Admissions TXST Students and Staff.  
  • Parking day passes will need to be purchased for Friday either at Pay-to-Park station or purchased in advance on https://www.parking.txst.edu/visitors.html. 
    • Parking is free on weekends

Entry information

Entries

  • Entry and registration will be accepted online via tx.milesplit.com
  • Payment will be made via check (Check Only)
  • Make payment payable to:
    • TXST Track & Field, Att. John Frazier
    • 1100 Aquarena Dr. San Marcos, TX 78666

Entry Deadline

  • Meet entry deadline is Monday, March 23, 2026, at 12:00PM CST. 

Entry Fee

  • Entry fee is $300 per team.
  • Entry fee for individuals is $25 up to 10 entries.

Meet Information

Implements

  • Implement inspection will OPEN 2 hours before and CLOSE 1 hour prior to the event.
  • All athletes will take their implements at the end of the competition. 

Team Parking

  • Will be located at 1330 Thorpe Lane on the back side of the stadium.

Facilities

  • Texas State University Track and Field Complex and UFCU Stadium (Football Field)

Team Camps

  • Team Camps WILL NOT be allowed in the stands.
  • We will be utilizing UFCU Stadium for team camps and warmup area.
  • Please refer to emails during the week for instructions on team camp locations.

Practice & Warm up

  • The use of the track facility is NOT available until the conclusion of the college Hammer throw!
  • Warm up for track events will not be allowed on track.
  • All athletes must warm up on the football field.
  • Always pay attention to safety while throwing events while practicing or competing.

Event Check In

  • Running events will check in at the tent behind the ticket booth 30 minutes prior to the start of the event.
  • Field events check in at the respective area event 30 minutes prior to the start of the event.

Running Event Information

  • All races will be run in the following order: Varsity Girls / Varsity Boys
  • All events will be limited to three entries per event

Field Event Information

  • 20 minute warm up between throwing events
  • The top 9 athletes will go to the finals in the throwing events and jumping events
  • High Jump starting height:
    • Varsity Girls: 4'4"
    • Varsity Boys: 5'4"
  • Pole Vault starting height:
    • Varsity Girls: 7'0"
    • Varsity Boys: 10'0"
  • *These heights can be adjusted based on the level on competition.
