Opened her season at the NAU Friday Night Duals, where she won the shot put (17.73m; 58-2) and weight throw (20.51; 67-3.5) … Repeated that process at the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Invitational with a mark of 17.57m (57-7.75) in the shot and 21.12m (69-3.5) in the weight throw … Won the shot put (17.24m; 56-6.75) at the Columbia Challenge … PR’ed in the weight throw at the Don Kirby Invitational with a mark of 22.23m (72-11.25) to win the event … Competed in the shot put and weight throw at the NCAA Championships … Named a First Team All-American after finishing fourth in the shot (17.38m; 57-0.25) … Second Team All-American in the weight throw, taking ninth (20.98m; 68-10).

Three-time All-American across the indoor and outdoor seasons in her debut season at UCLA … Also the lone athlete in the country to qualify for three individual events at the 2018 NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships in Eugene, Ore. … Made history at the USATF Junior Nationals in Bloomington, Ind., winning the hammer and shot put while finishing second in the discus to become the first junior woman ever to qualify for the World Junior Championships in three throwing events ... Represented Team USA for the third time in her career at the 2018 World U20 Championships in Tampere, Finland ... At World Juniors, she earned a silver medal in the hammer throw with a top mark of 64.45m (211-5) ... She was the lone athlete to surpass the 64-meter mark on multiple occasions ... At World Juniors, reached the finals of the discus, where she finished 10th, and shot put, where she had the best performance of any athlete in the preliminaries with a top launch of 17.02m (55-10.25).
