Played for coach Billy Dawson … member of two Class 7A state championship teams and a state semifinalist team during his career … two-time Class 7A West All-State selection … recorded 78 tackles, 25 tackles for loss and 11 sacks … also had a forced fumble … enjoys bowling and was a member of the Future Farmers of America (FFA) …  chose Texas State after receiving offers from Air Force, Army, Navy, Missouri State and Central Arkansas.
