Senior (2019) – Played in 117 sets and started all 33 matches…honored to the All-Sun Belt first team…became the third Bobcat to be named the Sun Belt Conference Tournament’s Most Outstanding Player…named 2019 VolleyMag.com All-America Honorable Mention…selected to three all-tournament teams in the regular-season including the Mizuno Classic, Texas A&M Invitational, and the Creeds & Crests Classic (MVP)…also tabbed Sun Belt Offensive Player of the Week (Sep. 30) after registering 4.00 kills per set over three matches and 5.00 kills per set in the two matches that opened the Sun Belt Conference schedule…led the team with 3.63 kills per set (No. 4 in the Sun Belt), 425 total kills (No. 4 in the Sun Belt), 57 total aces which was No. 13 in the NCAA (No. 2 in the Sun Belt), 0.49 aces per set which was No. 16 in the NCAA (No. 2 in the Sun Belt), and had 517.0 points which ranked No. 2 in the Sun Belt and 49th in the NCAA…also averaged 2.21 digs per set (259 total) and 17 aces… turned in a season-high .591 hitting percentage vs. George Washington (Sep. 20)…had a season-high of 21 kills twice (vs. ULM, Sep. 27; at Louisiana, Nov. 3), and recorded career-highs twice in aces (5; vs. UTSA, Sep. 19; vs. Ga. Southern, Oct. 12), digs (16; at Long Beach State, Sep. 5; vs. UTSA, Sept. 19), and blocks (5; at Arkansas State, Oct.4; at Appalachian State, Oct. 27)…had a stretch of 12 consecutive matches logging 12 or more kills and totaled 11 double-doubles.Â
Junior (2018) – Played in 117 sets and made 31 starts out of 34 matches played… selected to the AVCA Southwest Region Team… earned first-team honors for the Sun Belt Conference and was tabbed to the Sun Belt Conference Tournament Team… also selected to the Sparky Classic All-Tournament Team… ranked No. 4 in the Sun Belt with 358 kills (3.06/set) behind a .240 hitting percentage… was second on the team with 73 total blocks (0.62/set) and 28 aces… overall, Huskey paced the team with 425.5 points (No. 5 in Sun Belt) and had an average of 3.64 points per set (No. 7 in Sun Belt)… registered a career-high 25.5 points behind 23 kills vs. Rice (Nov. 30)… turned in a season-high 15 digs twice (at Rice Sep. 4; vs. Northern Arizona (Sep. 15)… recorded seven double-doubles… earned conference player of the week Sep. 17. Â
University of Florida (2016-17) – Competed for two seasons with the Gators . . . saw the court in 41 matches, which included all 32 her sophomore year . . . also made six starts in 2017 . . . helped lead Florida to a 30-2 record in 2017, which included advancing to the NCAA Championship finals for just the second time in program history . . . the 30-win campaign was the first for Florida in 11 years . . . she started in the championship match and finished the national tournament with 99 assists, 20 blocks, 15 kills and six digs . . . posted double-digit assists in each of the last five matches of the NCAA tournament and had a match-high eight blocks against UCLA in the Round of 16 . . . was part of two Southeastern Conference Championship teams, and the 2016 club advanced to the NCAA Championship Second Round . . . in 2017, Huskey was second on the team with 446 assists and led every setter in the nation with 113 blocks (1.07 blocks per set) . . . also compiled 64 kills on a .261 attack percentage and 37 digs.

Columbus High School – Was named a 2015-16 Under Armour High School First Team All-American . . . led CHS to the state semifinals in 2015 and was named all-state three times . . . was a three-time first team all-district honoree and was twice named to the academic all-district team . . . also competed as a high jumper on the track and field team . . . Huskey also competed during her club career for Texstar and Houston Skyline . . . she went on to win the 2013 AAU National Championship and was named to the AAU All-Tournament Team.

Personal – Majoring in general studies with a minor in sociology, psychology, and coaching . . . daughter of Keith and Rhonda Huskey . . . born Aug. 27, 1997... has two sisters who played college volleyball, Elise Otwell (UTSA, 2008-12) and Brandy Huskey (Texas Tech 2010-12, UTSA spring 2012-14).
